LATE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
CANCELLATION POLICY
All class reservations must be cancelled two (2) hours before the start of class. For classes that are held at 5:30am, please cancel by 9pm the evening before class. We know life happens, but in all fairness to those wait listed we ask that you make the cancellations according to our policy. Each member will be allowed 2 "late cancels" per month.
10-class punchcard or single class pass holders, if your reservation is not cancelled 2 hours before class start time, you will lose a class credit. If you are a monthly unlimited member you will be assessed a late cancellation fee of $7 per late cancel on your studio account. Your late-cancel fees must be paid at the end of month or your Punchpass account will be suspended and you will not be able to make future class reservations.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Members who register for a class but do not attend will be considered a
"NO- SHOW".
Each member will be allowed 1 NO-SHOW per month. After 1 NO-SHOW, there will be a $10 No-Show fee applied to your studio account for every class where you reserve a spot and do not attend. Your NO-SHOW fees must be paid at the end of the month or your Punchpass account will be suspended and you will not be able to make future class reservations.
If you have more than 2 NO-SHOWS in a seven day period, your Punchpass account will be immediately suspended and you will lose all reservations made for the remainder of the month.
